The strength of our democracy depends on full participation by informed voters, and without it, government is not truly “by the people.” Voters’ ability to make informed choices and to participate meaningfully in democratic elections depends on the free flow of ideas and debate. Without it, votes are just uneducated guesses.

Why Should I Get Married?

If you are not religious:

Marriage is a reason for a party.

Marriage is a legally binding contract between two people saying that they are no longer individuals under law, they are one. A prenuptial agreement is almost idiotic as you are annulling the major parts of the marriage.

If you are religious:

Marriage is so that you have sex and have a legally binding contract between two people saying that they are no longer individuals under law, they are one. A prenuptial agreement makes sense if you only did it for the sex because you are annulling the bad bits of the marriage.
